J started preschool. So far he learned how to make friends and what to do when a good friend pushes you down. In a sweet bonding moment, he asked me if my friends ever push me down, and I tried to teach him that my friends don't but life pushes me down all the time. He was a little concerned when I told him I don't really have a teacher to report the incident to. I'm glad he's getting practice on what to do when you get your feelings hurt--the stakes are rather low in a preschool class. He loves to wrestle with his friends and suddenly loves "Wonderpets".
E learned to growl--it's adorable. He'll happily do it with a smile in response to a growl from a friendly face. He's becoming a little more mobile rolling over multiple times consecutively--A started doing that two months ago so we've been wondering when E would want to get off his back. (It's so interesting comparing the twins though I know they'll hate this part of being a twin for the rest of their lives!) E is also a great little eater--he can't enough of whatever is on the menu--cereal, veggies, etc.
A is on the brink of sitting independently and still army crawls all over the place. She can spot a shoe a mile away. She's such a small little thing--she still weighs about two pounds less than E. She doesn't think eating is so much fun--she purses her lips and spits out most of what gets into her mouth. Getting her out of bed after a nap is a treat--she squeals and peeks up over her little mesh bumper with the biggest two-toothed smile.

You have to love all the new things they learn outside the bubble! My dream is to make sure she always comes and talks to me about them, just like J does it!

Those little kiddies of yours are so cute! I tried Becks in a friend's bumbo thinking that I would get one ... however, his legs are SO chubby that I almost couldn't get him out! Guess we'll be passing on that item.
