Wet Pumpkins, Sleepy Farm Dogs, and Fresh Apples

It's that time of the year when everyone talks freely and openly about their blessings and seasonal decorations encourage gratitude. May I be the first to kick off this holiday season? To do so, here's my first thank you note of Thanksgiving Season 2009.

THANK YOU
(to all respective recipients of my thanks) for:

Toddler-sized carrying handles on the little pumpkins
The fleet of wagons we can always count on for our wet pumpkins
Long-suffering farm dogs
Long-suffering kids
Trees, rain, a yearly harvest,
And my favorite people on the planet

I'm sure I have things for which I should thank you all, too.
Happy Thanksgiving Season, everyone!

Your family is so beautiful and I'm thankful for all of you as well. What a joy to see everyone having such a good time.

These are so fun to see because we don't take those "regular" trips to the Pumpkin Patch or the Hay Maze anymore...and I miss it! Precious times...you all look so beautiful Liz.

What a great post, Liz. Your little family is not so little anymore! I miss you.

We had the primary program in our ward today (I'm chorister and I love it). It made me remember the programs and pizza parties we did together!

Oh, Liz, I miss you so. It's been a long day, and seeing your post cheered me up.

I am glad the "handles" didn't fall off of your pumpkins! By the time we got back to our car our pumpkins were stemless!

So good to hear about you/your family!
