Brooklyn's not so far away

This weekend's great discovery involved finding the Brooklyn home of our cousins. J had forgotten his motion sickness within a minute of meeting these boys. They stayed pretty busy with Legos and Star Wars and such. And giggling, wrestling, sibling torment, etc. I think things only ended in tears once, right at the end.

We enjoyed waffles and some (relatively) quiet conversation. Thanks, Cousins, for welcoming us in, for making us waffles, for filling us in on Brooklyn-livin'. And thanks, Aunt L*, for coming all the way from Utah to see us and give me a big hug. OK, so she was really there to help with the new baby in the house, but I felt lucky to sneak in a visit with her. I love this lady.
It's such a great feeling to know that we have family so close. Just in case.

P.S. You must check out this amazing Star Wars movie made by the dad of this family of cousins. It features the cute towheads above.

*Yes, we share a name that cute Aunt and I.
