Twin Training Day Two

It was another day of twin training. Today we had more lawn time, more rolling across the floor, more read aloud (another chapter in Little House in the Big Woods during free play), more naps and bottles, more synchronized giggling, and in the afternoon A and E each entertained one tiny twin while I did some dinner prep. This is how my kitchen looked with two sets of twins.

I was feeling only slightly prideful that I can still prepare dinner with a kitchen full of tricky pre-dinner temperaments. In truth it was a team effort. I had one on my hip, E bounced one in his little sling chair, and A sang to us. No one even cried. I'm so thankful when my house is full of flexible little people.
