Last night we snapped shots of our kids in their new pajamas from Grandma P. It wasn't hard to convince them to settle down for bed, but I started a new read aloud just to get their mind off the question "did Santa come yet?"

Just What We Wanted for Christmas
Merry Christmas to all! We hope you are having a wonderful day wherever you are.
Last night we snapped shots of our kids in their new pajamas from Grandma P. It wasn't hard to convince them to settle down for bed, but I started a new read aloud just to get their mind off the question "did Santa come yet?"
This morning they awoke to J's alarm at 6:30 and raced downstairs.
After the gift opening they agreed to pose for a shot with their favorite gift. They got just what they wished for: A received a shawl, E got a new Lego set, and J has a BYU jersey to wear to school on Fridays.
D and I got what we wanted, naps once they were playing. We also were able to talk to our parents, D's sisters, and we had new friends over for dinner. It has been an exciting day with so many reminders of the many people in our lives that we love.

Their gifts & poses are pretty perfect for each one of them....especially J's. :)
