The California Cousins Came!

My sister and her husband brought their cute family to visit us in Virginia. We showed off our beautiful Virginia and obligated the kids to take all the necessary group shots at Monticello in the bright, blinding sun of noonday--
--and Camp Washington Carver, on the steps of Chestnut Lodge--
--on UVA Grounds, on the Lawn with the Rotunda as a backdrop--
--at Manassas Battlefield, in front of a very sinewy Stonewall Jackson and his steed--
--and in front of the Space Shuttle Discovery at the Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum.
And I snapped as many other shots as I could in-between the staged shots.

We feel so spoiled that they would come all this way. We're already looking forward to next year's reunion in Utah.

Love that you were all together. Love the "Just one more for Nana!" photos. 3000 miles away, I can weep for joy and not be exhausted after an intensive-cram-everything-in-Aunt Liz-can trip. Missing is the music festival event. Whew!

Wow! How fun that they came. I bet the kids were in heaven. So cute to see all those kids together.
