Take a look at the Wondertwins! E's still a little bigger at 15 pounds 4 ounces , and A's weighing in at 13 pounds 11 ounces.

J snapped this one of the garden. It's so nice having produce growing in my backyard. This summer's goal is to learn how to cook eggplant in ways my family will eat it. Also, I want to can something (probably beans) and pickle something.

And here's our most recent houseguest, a beautiful husky mix by the name of Sasha. We had her over the weekend while her family went camping. Having her was a fun experience--she was really good with the kids (babies included), very controlled, clearly loyal and affectionate, and very obedient. And she kept us moving--she loves being walked. Sasha really made me think twice about my personal "no-inside-dog" policy and that says a lot. That's why it was fun to
borrow her for a few days--there's no way I can fit another needy creature to my little flock on a permanent basis.

Look at those sweet babies! Can't wait to kiss their little cheeks. And your garden is beautiful!! I am beyond impressed that you planted one this year with the twins and all. I didn't even bother.
Janeen has a great recipe for eggplant Parmesan on her blog. I made it for my family and everyone loved it!
Here's a link to the recipe. She has other eggplant recipes on there too, but I haven't tried them.

Holy cow! Look at those thighs...they are huge! I cannot believe how big your babies are. And to think you are still wonder woman and have all these gardening goals. Good for you! You are also quite nice to have a dog inside your house...I am also a no dog inside the house person!
I've just looked at your last several posts and I have to say I am so glad you are a blogger so I can keep up with you! I can't believe how grown up Joshua is (I love the photo of him looking up birds) and your twins just keep getting cuter. Keep it up with the garden; that looks great too!
