J's Newest Interests (Part 2)

J loves his little brother. He is disgusted by all fluids that come out of E, but if E doesn't smell like said fluids J wants to play with him, make him laugh, hold him, and more. I get choked up when I walk in the room and see scenes like this.Rocks. These are his newest additions to his collection--slate, granite, feldspar, and quartz (from top to bottom.) Thanks, Grandpa B, for helping us all learn a little more about geology.
The Bumbo. He can't figure out what he looks like ("A knight? No. A football player? No. A king? No.") but he feels compelled to put this on his head a dozen times a day. This morning he figured out that he can do a headstand witha little help from the Bumbo.

and...great rock collection. Dad is very proud of himself for inspiring such a collection. I told him that he should go to Michael's & get some really cool rocks. He was kind of offended that I would make such a suggestion & assured me that the rocks he was sending are in fact "cool". I asked him if anyone else was sending Joshua rocks. He said that he didn't think so...but that Joshua does find rocks in his backyard. "Rocks in a backyard? Does that really qualify rocks for a collection? They're all the same?" "Yes, Anjanette! Rocks out of the backyard. That's where it starts. You should know this."
