"Jus' Puh-fect"

I've posted photos before of E in his favorite uniform, but I've never mentioned how attached he is to this ensemble:  the Thomas shirt (one size too big), faded jean shorts, red socks, and his blue Keens (one size too big).  Sometimes when he wakes up in the morning, they're in the dirty laundry pile or in the washing machine--he will go dig them out.  Sometimes I tell him he can't wear them because he's already worn them for three days straight--he tells me otherwise.  Huge tears of disappointment over having to wear other clothing are not uncommon.  "They are "jus' puh-fect" he insists.  Any guesses as to how long this will last?

Love this boy! You have "trendy" Millie and a "same favs everyday" Eli. She dresses up and his dresses down. hahahahaha. Got to love it!

ah the beloved thomas shirt...I am hoping evan will love trains as much as his brother, what will I do with all of it if he doesn't?

when I was E's age, I insisted on a RED dress and RED shoes every day, that's all I wore...what great fashion sense I had, HA! My mom said I had 2 red dresses she would rotate...hilarious.

no idea but he sure is cute with his "oversize" outfit!!

My answer is at least until the start school. Then you can really enforce the rule of only wearing it once a week. Elena went to school with the same skirt for 4 days on a row when a girl asked her if she needed to buy more clothes... her answer was 'yes, I need more shirts that will go with my skirt :-)"

That is so cute. I wonder what it is about that outfit that he loves so much.
