On Monday we had a brief lesson on the inspired guidance of prophets, we enjoyed cookies, and then J came up with the idea to go on a walk in the warm evening. He was most excited about looking for "suspicious things" and reluctantly traded his pad and paper for glow sticks. (I accidentally deleted the best one of him I took sans flash that captured the glow effect.)
Of course he ended up wielding them like light sabers until he convinced me to use the camera. He took these pictures which make me smile:

Those bricks do look awfully suspicious...
Garrett did our lesson on hidden dangers. He quoted an article (The New Era, August 2010, pg 41) that was about muddy silt and high tides along an Alaskan river that are deadly. It was a profound analogy about prophetic warnings.
