E asked for two things for his third birthday: a football and a truck cake.
He still has a cute raspy voice. We try hard not to giggle too much when he's saying something serious.
His ideal day would start with wrestling, continue with following J around, be broken up with a little wrestling, follow that with playing with his trucks, and end with more wrestling. Most days are filled with lots of time playing with A, and that seems to make him happy, too.
He has a really good arm--he can throw a baseball and frisbee well.
He loves treats more than a normal kid. And yet, he is most willing to share of our three children.
His favorite word right now is "miserable". He uses it to apply to anything negatively. (As in "I don't like you mom, you're miserable".) He makes the funniest grouchy face to emphasize that emotion. Just the other day when he was upset he mumbled to me "I'm just gonna go and throw a tantrum."
He is desperate to drive a dumptruck or tractor.

and, for the record...I don't think you're miserable.
Love it! Especially the announcement of the impending tantrum - wonder how that will transform a few years down the road

The announcement of the tantrum is too much. Kids are hilarious. Oh to be inside those little minds! Happy Birthday to E! What a cutie.
