Dan and our friend Josh rode in the Farmlands Bicycle Tour, a 60-mile bike ride in Lincroft, NJ. They were pretty beat when they came home, but here's a photo of how chipper they were when they left at 6:30 a.m. Dan would give the full report if he weren't completely motionless on our bed. They averaged about 18 mph which is a hair more than he averages on his commute to work.
And here's one of Joshua wearing Dan's sweaty helmet while displaying the souvenir Dan brought home for him--trail mix!
