It's Christmas Time in [Center] City

I've always loved "Silver Bells"--what a great holiday song. (Who's with me?) I also love going to the city at Christmas time.
Just in case you can't squeeze in a visit to Philadelphia's Center City, I thought I'd post some photos of what you can see next year. (Or in 2011, maybe?) We only had to wait a few minutes to watch the musical light show right in the middle of Macy's. To give you size perspective, that tree is over two stories high.

Three out of five of us enjoyed the show, while the other two ended up in the men's underwear section so that the aforementioned three didn't have to listen to one of us who repeatedly yelled "Dada." (Not to mention names, but I wasn't the one yelling.)
Then we walked over to see the Reading Terminal Holiday train display which three out of five of enjoyed while the other two walked/ran laps around the display. (Not to mention names, but the yeller is also a runner.)
Luckily everyone wore their "holiday smiles"--here's to more fun in the City this holiday season.

Hooray! I'm glad that more than half of you had a good time. I'd call that outing a success. We can't wait to go this week!
