This month, all month, we were delighted by the tulips in all their shades, sizes, and shapes.
We made it to the Manhattan temple. We have a great babysitting trade going with a super family in our ward so that we get to go consistently. I love going to NYC for this purpose. Here we are on Leondard Bernstein Way with the Met to our left, Julliard to our right, and the Temple just behind us at 7 in the morning. So happy.
April is the month we celebrate both our grandmas' birthdays. Isn't that helpful that both Grandmas have April birthdays and both Grandpas have November birthdays? They didn't make it to the party, but we enjoyed cake as if they were there to listen to us singing "Happy Birthday" rather than in California and Washington.
Someone I know wouldn't give up his cake batter beater for anything. Notice that A still held firmly to her carrot--she took a few licks from the beater and then dropped it in the sink. But E has more than a one sweet tooth in his mouth and he licked this one clean.

Hooray for celebrating my birthday with Grandma Kendra!
So glad that if only one could get hair, that it was Milly.
So glad, that I could maybe be part of passing along the "I love chocolate" gene.
